1. Order Processing Time All orders are prepared for delivery within 1-2 business days. Deliveries are not made on Fridays or public holidays.

2. Delivery Options

  • Delivery within Salalah (Dhofar Governorate)

    • Cost: FREE

    • Service: Includes professional assembly of your furniture.

    • Estimated Time: 1-3 business days.

  • Delivery Outside of Salalah

    • We currently do not offer standardized shipping to other regions through our website. If you require delivery to other parts of Oman, please contact us before making a purchase. We will be happy to discuss the possibilities and provide you with a custom delivery quote.

1. Our Commitment to Quality Your satisfaction is our priority. We guarantee that our products will be delivered to you as described and free from manufacturing defects. We take great care in the delivery and assembly of every item.

2. Final Sale Policy To ensure hygiene and quality, and because assembled furniture cannot be resold, all sales are considered final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges based on a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or color preference.

  • We strongly encourage all customers to measure their space accurately and visit our showroom to see the products in person before finalizing a purchase.

3. Damaged or Defective Items It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all items thoroughly at the time of delivery.

  • If you notice any damage or a manufacturing defect, you must inform our delivery and assembly team on-site immediately.

  • Please also contact our customer service within 24 hours at aroodhllc@gmail.com with photos of the issue.

  • Our commitment is to resolve the issue for you. Our standard procedure is to first attempt a professional repair of the item. If a repair is not possible, we will provide a replacement part or a full replacement item at our discretion.
