Q: Can I see the furniture before I buy it? A: Yes, absolutely! We encourage you to visit our showroom in Salalah to see and feel the quality of our products in person. Q: Is assembly included with my purchase? A: Yes, for all deliveries within Salalah, our professional team provides complimentary assembly for all furniture items that require it.

  • QR Code Scan upon Delivery
  • Mobile Bank Transfer
  • Direct Account Transfer

Q: What are your delivery options? A:

  • Within Salalah (Dhofar Governorate): We offer FREE delivery and assembly. Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days.
  • Outside Salalah: For delivery to other places in Oman, please contact us directly before placing your order. We will discuss the delivery options with you and provide a custom shipping quote.

AFTER-SALE POLICY

Q: What is your return or exchange policy? A: To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, all sales are final once the item has been assembled. We do not offer returns or exchanges if you change your mind. We strongly encourage customers to measure their space and visit our showroom to ensure the chosen furniture is perfect for their home.

Q. What should I do if my item arrives damaged? A: Your satisfaction is our top priority. Please inspect your furniture thoroughly at the time of delivery with our team. In the rare event that an item has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during transit, please notify our delivery team immediately and contact us within 24 hours at +968 79822619 with photos. We are 100% committed to fixing the issue by repairing the item or, if necessary, providing a replacement.
